Return & Exchange Policy
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are handled for bookings and services purchased through Samaraya.
Hotel and travel bookings
Booking changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the cancellation rules shown during checkout and confirmed in your booking voucher. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund unless required by applicable law or approved by the supplier.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank, card, and payment gateway processing times may vary after Samaraya initiates the refund.
Exchanges and amendments
Where a booking can be amended, any fare difference, tax adjustment, supplier fee, or service charge must be paid before the change is confirmed.
