Welcome to Arabian Eagle. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and all related services provided by Arabian Eagle International Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

The App offers a range of travel and tourism-related services, which include but are not limited to:

3. User Responsibilities

  2. Use the App only for lawful purposes.

4. Booking and Payments

Online payments on ae.sa.com are processed through ClickPay, the electronic payments platform of Saudi Financial Technology Company (a subsidiary of Alinma Bank), licensed and supervised by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Accepted payment methods include Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and ClickPay . All prices are in SAR and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Card data is captured directly by ClickPay using PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure; ae.sa does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Charges are authorized at the time of booking confirmation. Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method within [X] business days, subject to the issuing bank's timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Arabian Eagle International Company or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. Arabian Eagle International Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. The company is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers, such as airlines or hotels.

7. Termination

Arabian Eagle International Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Third-party processors

Payment processing. When you make a payment, your card or wallet data is transmitted directly to ClickPay (Saudi Financial Technology Company, an Alinma Bank subsidiary, SAMA-licensed) for authorization and settlement. We receive only a transaction reference and masked card metadata. ClickPay processes this data under its own Privacy Policy (clickpay.com.sa/.../privacy) and maintains PCI-DSS compliance. We do not store or have access to your full card number, expiry, or CVV.
